Q: When will my item(s) ship?

A: All items on Abrasive Industries are made to order and have a 1-2 week lead time. 

Q: What shipping services do you use?

A: USPS will be used to ship 99% of orders. For large orders we may utilize UPS or Fed Ex.

Q: Can I change or update my order?

A: You have 24 hours to change/update your order using the contact button. After 24 hours, we have submitted your item to be built and we can no long alter the order.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: All sales are final however, we will refund/replace items that arrive damaged or defective.
